Surgical Lessons Learned in the Humanitarian aid Operation in South East Asia

We were deployed from 5 January 2005 to 15 February 2005 in Banda Aceh in the north of the Indonesian island Sumatra. Our mission was to provide medical care to the local population and to support local medical personnel in reestablishing medical services at the destroyed Zaionla Abidin University Teaching Hospital.
